This version of Chronometer was released in spring 2001. It has six tabs and you can access all functions using them. This version is the oldest, that's why it's not very stable. We don't recomend you to install it if you don't have Visual Basic 6 installed. If you have it just extract the archive and copy files to a location you need but Starter.exe and Starter.ini should be copied to C:\. Write a path to Timer.exe in Starter.ini file.
