This version of Chronometer appeared in the beginning of summer 2001. It's the first version with fully working Setup program. As the previous version this version has six tabs used for accessing to program functions. Many errors were corrected and new abilities were added in this new version. The largest part of new features are about skins. This version is distributed with screensaver. This screensaver looks like clock on the Time tab (any skin can be chosen).
